This Side of the Moon

Matthew has spent the last 7 years of his life waiting to be accepted. Waiting for one person to show him that he is worthy. When he is finally tired of being rejected, he gives up entirely. He continues to hide behind his mask, letting Apollo take over.

Hope has been living her life in fear of what was, of what could be again. She sees herself through a distorted carnival mirror in her mind. Unable to escape her past. Unwilling to accept a future. 

Through darkness and blissful experimentation they discover they are equals. They are two sides of the same coin. But when her past comes back to haunt her yet again, will they be able to continue their journey or will tragedy leave Apollo alone yet again?
